“Marcus helped me today, I was looking for a gift or travel set, and he asked me if I needed help without me having to look for him. Marcus showed me 3 for the price of 2 mix and match options. He also signed me up for a Body Shop account. His lovely Dublin accent is worth the price of admission. There were only 2 little gift bags left and Marcus left the register to swap them out so I would have the newer one. THAT IS SERVICE! Thank you, Marcus! Oh, on the way out, the beautiful lady with curls showed me the essential oils, then told me where to find more.”

“I was a bit nervous going in having never bought anything from this store before but the staff were so friendly and approachable. I advised I had seen a dress online, it was in two colors and they only had one of them in so the manager advised I try that one on and a couple of others for sizing - they gave me a pair of heels to try on with and the female staff were really helpful advising which they preferred. I ended up ordering the dress with them in store and got 10% off with free delivery. Such a good service - thank you!”

“Very quick service, although I did have to search a while for the actual Perfume Shop. Google Maps point you to the shop on the ground floor which is closed, and this was very confusing. Luckily, the staff know their way around and informed me that the other Perfume Shop location was just upstairs and down the hall about 2 minutes’ walk.”
