On the phone I asked a simple question. I now have an Edge credit card. I want to know when each month this money will be paid off from my Edge current account. After a long wait no answer could be given by the person I spoke to. Very disappointing service.

Ryan at Stockport Santander was amazing today, couldn't be more helpful and understanding. Customer service at its very best, he made a difficult visit to the bank with my elderly parents much more bearable, Thank you Ryan, a credit to Santander
