We felt listened to and supported during our visit. Janet was very transparent during the process and forthcoming with the information to put us at ease. We were able to finally resolve our issue and we are grateful for Janet’s hard work.”

Staff were very welcoming despite clearly being very busy, could not offer an appointment for another 2 hours but we're very helpful and reassuring (I don't make large transfers often so was nervous about it) and helped me at the cashier desk instead. Very efficient and sorted with no problems.

“Banked with Yorkshire Bank for over 30 years. Sceptical about Virgin Money takeover. The banking Ap has been improved vastly and its all I need to do everything secure payments to cancelling direct debits. In the branch, the staff are excellent as I found out when I was in need of assistance for the transfer of large amounts of funds to a 3rd party. Give them a chance. I did.”

“Very helpful staff. But the quick drop deposit used to appear in my account by lunchtime but its taking longer each time to go into my account even when its dropped off before 10am I'm still waiting for it to go in at 4pm! Nightmare!!”
