Might be just me but I didn’t enjoy my visit to this store. There was an all together cheap smell in the air and the clothes were quite boring. I also struggled to get something in my size. Most items only went up to an XL and even then, it was difficult to find the right size as they were all mixed together.

Went to Stockport Matalan for a dress. Found what I wanted and took it to the changing room then omg!! Whoever had tried it on before had the worst body odour , the dress stunk around the armpit area. This is not the fault of the store of course but it ruined my experience. Clothing is okay, nothing very special. But the staff at this particular store are so lovely and helpful every time I go.
