“Good branch, good selection. Staff are friendly and helpful overall. Deducted a star as on multiple occasions (over 5 times now - perhaps a system bug needs troubleshooting) occasions discounted items have ran through the till at full price, leaving the customer to be diligent to check receipt and a refund be arranged. The last occasion another customer stopped me to say it happened to her multiple times too… the shop floor staff aren’t overly interested so hopefully HO pick up on this comment.”

The fact that they project manage everything for you is a massive bonus, especially as they make it run so smoothly. Any small snagging issues were dealt with quickly and effectively, even little design features that we decided on last minute! “I often go to Stockport Dunelm . I like the good quality products, there's plenty of choice . Today I visited and was offered help from a young lady called Megan . Megan was an absolute joy , she was so helpful and had very positive attitude. You can tell she enjoys her job.
I definitely enjoyed my shopping experience today and Megan made it so much easier and pleasant. I think she goes above and beyond to help people with a smile. I saw her after helping another customer and again with a beautiful bright demeanor. Well done Megan you should be appreciated by Dunelm ,I'm sure they can see your sparkle and caring nature. It makes me look forward to shopping at the store again.

“I needed a washer to reconnect the under sink trap to the waste pipe. I called in thinking I’d have to buy a replacement trap. When I explained the problem the sales person went into the store and came out with the washer. He gave it to me with no charge at all. Superb service which is great to see.Thanks very much for solving my problem.”

“ We had a problem with our car , our usual garage couldn’t sort it , rang the auto electrician they recommended. They couldn’t sort it either , they didn’t have the software. Ran it into this garage having found it on line , the very nice owner sorted it for us there and then for a very small fee.
