“I used fireplace warehouse to buy my SOLUS VS150 I don’t know how they got so many low star review. They are so knowledgeable dealt with Mick & Mike what a great guys they knew what they talking about. I always get confuse who I was talking to Mick or Mike they talk the same lol I ordered my fireplace on March got it delivered on June as requested they held my order until I was ready for delivery. Once I have a date they got it delivered on that date without an issue. I had issue with my log one side was broken called Mick without any delay he sorted it out and got it delivered without any issue.Sometime it’s out of their hand when good get damage but acting on it so fast and sorting the issue out make the service good.Thank you guys all your help. Waited a month to give that review so I can post how the fireplace look with my media wall.Will recommend people to use them there price is very competitive.”
