“Had a really great experience today when I took my daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time. She really wanted to have them pierced but felt very nervous about it. The lady who provided the service couldn’t have been nicer. She was warm and reassuring and very patient with her. The service was excellent. There was a good choice of earrings and the price was really good value. Would highly recommend, thank you for today!”

“Had to return Gucci earrings that were a Christmas present as the post had broken off. The earring were still under the one year return policy. The earring were only worn on an evening out and never slept in. “Andrew was so lovely, and he took a design both me and my husband to be had deigned so it had a bit of both of us on it and made it come to full fruition! He had also designed a ring for my Nanna, a few years back, so after she had passed away & I had inherited it, then had it stolen from me I wanted it recreated in white gold. So very kindly, Andrew dug out the design specs for me, sized my finger and it was also perfect! I won’t go anywhere else for my jewellery needs/wants, and I would ONLY USE HIS NAME if anyone asked me for a recommendation! I suggest everyone who want a fair price for any kind of jewellery bespoke or otherwise, to go to see him themselves before going anywhere else! In the pictures, the two hands you can see our wedding bands and the recreation on my middle finger, Andrew also made the ring in the second picture for my grandfather when he first opened his shop I believe, but it was being worn by my father in this picture, and the third picture gives you a better look at my wedding ring, it’s a white gold spinner with a small black diamond and filigree letters all the way around saying, I will love you forever, in Spanish! “Me and my husband went in here few weeks ago with a watch as we didn't knew how to change time on it and a can't remember his name but it was a young gut helped us with explaining how to change the time and date on that watch, he took his time and showed my husband multiple times how to operate the watch and even got my husband to do change the time by himself until he was happy that my husband knew how to operate this watch, this company needs more people like this who take their time and explain on detail and show how to do simple things like changing the time in this watch which we were struggling to do before we went to the shop.
