I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and the attitude displayed by the staff on 12th July 2025. While I acknowledge that I entered the store exactly at closing time, I still expected a basic level of courtesy and professionalism.

AVOID. A lack of common sense from power driven staff. Refused a return because I’d opened the plastic bag containing the item. Refused based on not saleable and ‘store discretion’ went to another Argos store who accepted the return no issues. I will be sticking to Amazon going forward.
