I had a terrible experience with Argos. I bought a Chromebook laptop only to find out it doesn’t accept Microsoft Office downloads. Found item, staff are helpful, its FREE parking after 5PM so that is a bonus.

Staff are very rude and aggressive. Clearly not trained how to deal with customers. The management also especially on a weekend are not fit for purpose. I had to get an apology from their head office. I do not recommend this branch at all and the other local ones are better in my experience. I won't be coming back here... read full comment
