Absolutely dreadful service. A mistake has been made with my medicines. I've tried to get hold of the pharmacy through the number on their part of the website, but I'm given a robot voice that gives me 7 options, none of which is relevant, and when I try one they put me in a circle of messages.
Absolutely awful. Received such rude and unhelpful service, especially by the male pharmacist who barely even looked up from What he was doing to tell me he wouldn’t give the cream I was told to get for my son’s eye by an optometrist yesterday without seeing him(which would mean even more time off work).
