He searched his stock and even looked online to try and find the hinges we needed for our kitchen unit. The showroom staff were equally helpful and went out of their way to help us out. They did all this and we hadn’t even bought our kitchen from them. This is how you represent your company brand and deliver a first class service. Fantastic guys I cannot praise them enough ????”

“Needed a part and contacted Euronics in Sale and spoke to a lovely lady called Lorraine. She asked for the make and model of the item I needed the part for and said she would call me back when stock had been checked. Received a call a few mins later and it was confirmed that they had the item in stock and the price was provided to me. I arrived around 30 mins later and the much needed part was waiting. Excellent customer service from start to finish and would highly recommend.”

“Tim the member of start was assaulted by a mr john Skye’s aka Shredz a TikTok Rapper all over an apple wire John had originally left a horrible feed bk which I had no idea he used my account to do so which I was notified of this morning. Shredz aka John has huge anger issues and took them out on this poor guy Tim at work whilst he was trying to help him with a product which was purchased in store.”

“Went yesterday and got really good stuff for a fraction of it’s cost. Didn’t have a chance to look at the clothes as was looking for plant pots and kids toys, but it worked for me .”

They have also been decent enough to give a fair discount on some items when buying quite a lot of items.”

I would like to say that every staff member from the advice given on the shop floor to the delivery staff have been wonderful. They are extremely welcoming and do everything they can to help you find whatever you are looking for. I would also like to say the value for money in the delivery option, I paid £25 for 6 items which included a large settee, large cupboards and table and chairs.Definitely 5 * service.”
