The optician explained the eye complication to my daughter really well so she wasn’t concerned and knew what the next steps would be once her referral was made to the eye hospital, reassuring her that there’s nothing to worry about. The Dispensing optician, Anisa, was very helpful in selecting glasses, explaining myopia glasses and its benefits. This was our second visit since having her myopia glasses fitting and Anisa was right, they really did help prevent further decline in eyesight for my daughter. We have previously been to the Manchester fort branch as this is very close to home however the care and service at this branch is unmatched and we will always travel to this branch in future.”
