Bought a broadband router from this branch, and within a short time, it suddenly lost all network signal. I went back expecting help, but the staff couldn’t have been less helpful. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or offer any real support, they just told me to “call head office.” No accountability whatsoever.
Had a wonderful customer service experience, went in to enquire about costs of a new product and future of my contract, was given all the information and assistance required. Came away satisfied with the service I received from two staff members.

Friendly staff and a warm welcome. I had a technical issue that I thought would be a problem but a helpful and highly competent guy sorted it out quickly with no fuss.
