“I took a game consul to be sent away for repair. They give an estimate beforehand and let you know if it's any different before going ahead with the repair. Unfortunately it couldn't be fixed so was sent back to the shop for collection. No repair, no fee so I didn't have to pay for anything. I will certainly take future repairs to CEX Friendly and knowledgeable staff.”
