I am sorry to say that the 3 pairs of shoes that were bought for me as a present at Christmas have all fell apart. Rude and unhelpfull. Politely asked if they could check for my order (already 3 days late) and apparently she wasn't checking delivery's not for at another 30mins. Did I want to go and shop round rochdale for 30mins. ??
