“Good bank, great products. Most of the time they are on hand over the phone to help if I need it, you get the odd member of staff over the phone that is unhelpful. The branch staff members that I had to deal with in this branch, when my Universal Credit back-payment was held by the fraud team, were appalling, rude, unhelpful and unsympathetic with the whole situation. The live chat team in the Barclays app are sometimes helpful but other times they are not helpful and the live chat sessions can close and messages do not display sometimes. I would still recommend them to everyone.”
