“Quite busy,there seemed to be a problem with one of the ATM machines only two staff at the cashier's desk,waited for advice only one gentleman there so had to wait 15 minutes even though first in the que until a nice lady appeared,she did try to help,but unfortunately she was born able to assist.”

“I received a letter refusing my overdraft application, saying it was due to either late payments, CCJs etc of which I've had none. I visited the Bury branch to discuss and a lovely lady sorted it for me. I was even offered an overdraft of over a thousand pounds but I only wanted one for £200. Great service from Barclays bank.”

“Despite short opening hours, Full banking facilities are available. I only went as I needed to deposit a cheque. They close at 3pm, promptly. The lady who served me was very pleasant and friendly, and I was in and out very swiftly. I normally use mobile banking, and internet banking. But I believe bricks and mortar banks must be retained!”
