This is very very bad experience yesterday i visit store regarding my replacement sim card but representative say need bank card so i bring bank card and my photo id proof then one representative name like ahemad something he say we need id need password then he say I can?t give new sim card in store u can call the customer care and order new sim. But y I provide for new sim id password. Then he can?t give new sim card.

When the employee of the Vodafone store registered my number contract: 1. He incorrectly specified my e-mail. 2. Blocked the old login under which I entered the Vodafone application. 3. He didn't tell me the new password he made up and the pin code, and I can't log in to the new account. In order to enter, I had to call and write to the support service and register a new e-mail in Google (with the same error, the letter that the store employee indicated, I did all this in order to log in to a new Vodafone account). My money just disappeared 13 pounds from the old card. Later when I canceled the contract they automatically charged another £5 from my bank card and even later I can't log into my Vodafone account again. In addition to this, every day I receive an SMS from Vodafone with an advertisement and an offer to buy something. Absolutely terrible operator and their work. When I had a working card, the Internet did not work well and disappeared in many places.

Had an issue with my broadband order and had to come in store to fix it as the call centre folk couldn't help me. The lady here was quick to sort my problem out and had me on my way. The actual broadband service however is another issue.

Badly organised, useless IT systems, reluctant unhelpful staff, left empty handed (no new iPhone), must return at a later date (unknown) when notified of iPhone arrival in shop. A complete waste of my lunch break, which passed by without eating a morsel of food. Null points (French pronunciation).
