I called up on Wednesday and this wonderful lad called Sameer Sultan was really nice on the phone and really helpful when I was deciding on what to eat. This lad should definitely get a raise he is too amazing at this job. Words cannot describe how amazing he is like one word I would say is ? wow ?

I?ve given Virginia?s in Oldham more than one chance, but enough is enough. Today they missed out the gravy with my order, and the last time I ordered, they forgot the drinks completely. When I tried to tell them about it before, they basically acted like they didn?t believe me ? which is insulting.
I mean, what kind of service is this? If you can?t even get basic items right, especially ones people have paid for, then something is seriously wrong with how orders are packed and checked. Mistakes happen, but it?s the attitude and lack of care that really put me off.
They?ve now lost a customer for good. I?ll be telling friends and family not to bother either. Florida?s is far better ? better service, friendlier staff, and they get the order right every single time.
Virginia?s, sort your packing and customer service out or you will lose even more customers.

Don't order on uber/just eat. They don't send everything and leave you to struggle for a refund. Won't be ordering again

Just lost something over the years...
Still decent food, but honestly with everything around this place is just good for making things spicy.
Flavours are better elsewhere.

Service was good but food was average. Bought the spicy dipped burger which included hash brown and onion rings. Requested to have the onion rings separate but this was not done. Burger was a bit dry and lacking mayonnaise. Overall, would only go if no other option.

This was once my go to but not anymore, gone downhill, either something is missing or the food is just not good, the chicken wraps regularly come dry as anything even after choosing it to be spicy with extra mayo, corn on the cob gone off tastes sour absolutely disgusting, Not one to do a review like this but after today I just had enough only thing decent is the iced tea, burger is tasteless half the cheese is on the box instead of the actual burger and sauces missing, if you cant Handle your business being busy maybe adjust your staff or take enough orders that you can handle

Your asking who answered the call , it was you the owner who answered, you can check i have been a customer for over 5 years ordering every week but no more will be taking my business else where as your customer service is zero.

Will be avoiding this place. Got food poisoning not once but twice now! Thought I?d give them another try but regret it now. Please work on handling your food properly. Shame the food is nice but lack of hygiene ?

Usually everything is good when ordering from here however due to one item in the order which was the milkshake that wasn't received due to the just eat delivery driver who didn't give it or must of drank it to himself. Some sneaky delivery drivers think they can get away with doing things like that. So this is why I gave 3 stars.
