Staff named Phil (usually found in the homeware department) at the Oldham branch spoils the shopping experience. He walks around the Isles constantly mumbling, he'll walk in front of you while you are looking at an item on the shelves and he'll stop right in front of you to move some of the items around, tut, mutter something incoherant under his breathe and walk off...only to come back and do the same moments later. I thought to let it go with him being elderly, but this inappropriate and rude behaviour has happened on numerous occasions, and it's always that same person who creates a hostile environment.

I usually don't shop at tk maxx but I was amazed when I went yesterday. Great shop and great prices.

Really like this store to shop but there are never enough cashiers... I had to leave my purchase as I had a prior appointment as the que was too long and at one point only 1 cashier!..lots of staff on shop floor that were aware of the long que but chose not to assist?

Popped into TK Maxx to grab something, and even though there were still 15 minutes until closing, I was basically pushed to the till and not allowed to look around properly. One of the workers, an older white guy, was being an absolute nightmare?super rude and acting like he couldn?t wait to throw everyone out. If you hate dealing with customers that much, maybe it?s time to retire! I get that staff want to go home, but there?s a way to do it without being so miserable. Won?t be in a hurry to come back!

Never really understand what the fuss is about with TK Max! It's ok for a short wonder around but can't say I'd want to visit on a regular basis! Staff always pleasant and plenty of clothing if you can be bothered trying to look through it all and have plenty of time etc.

Tk Maxx Oldham don't even know their own policies. Attempted to pick up a click and collect had electronic identification but was told has to be physical ID. Rang customer service who stated that that is not the case as it doesn't even state this in their own policy.
The manager I spoke to was rude and abnocious who just shrugged his shoulders and stated 'I don't make the rules'. Clearly doesn't know them.
I would avoid at all cost once I have collected my order. Terrible service!
