Don?t even waste your money coming to this subway, it seriously need shutting down, firstly I love cats but not strays running around the kitchen? I asked for a saver sub - turkey ham and cheese toastie and the lady brought a wrap out and said there?s no toast?? So to make it simpler I just asked for a normal 6 inch sub TOASTED with turkey and cheese and I think she mustn?t of turned the machine on because none of it was toasted in the slightest after a long shift in work you just want something quick to eat and enjoy it, now you may think I?m overreacting but my order couldn?t be simpler and I?ve not been to this subway in a while due to how bad it is compared to others but I gave it the benefit of the doubt today as I was passing on my way home from work and it is still the same.

Bought a footlong online on just eat, had it delivered and there was barely any salad on my sandwich. I seen 2 pieces of lettuce that was it. Whoever made this its absolutely disappointing. If your paying that much for a sub u should atleast get a decent amount of salad. That was a jokeWon't order from here again.... shocking !!!!

Absolutely shocking experience today, I ordered on the app and when I received someone elses order! I called up and was told they couldn't send another driver out with the correct order. When I said I was happy to wait for the driver to become available he put the phone down on me. Shocking customer service. Now I've left with two salads that someone else ordered and they have my 27 pounds worth of sandwiches. Not happy I'm the slightest

I got very bad service rude staff! I got tuna and chicken. I got very little filling they ripped me off for my money. When I complained I got told I asked for extra salad and they have been told not to give more than a scoop of filling when the sandwich only had few pieces of chicken rubbish customer service!!!! I would not recommend this branch and would never go there again! ???

Generally the service from staff here is okay at best. However today was very poor. While waiting in line I was looking at the new menu that Subway launched. The server just stared at me like I was ment to know he was serving me. No words came out his mouth. When I started to order he just rudely went to serving the previous customer. I asked if they still do the mega meat as it was not on the menu. The server said yes. I ordered a mega meat salad box. For some reason he cooked the meat without asking me. I normally have this cold. They no longer do spinach as a salad option. The main server looked like he could not care less or bothered about customer service.

Just feels like this subway has gone downhill and unfortunately sandwich artist don't take the job seriously or make sandwiches with heart and that's the downfall here.
