Absolutely hated the policy of taking only three items to the fitting room. The staff was very rude and disrespectful, there is a way of telling this to a customer. No staff should forget that they are working for the company and that they HAVE to be kind and polite to shoppers. Sports Direct you could so better.

Staffs are rude and very poor customer service.better to train them how to deal the customers.i went to buy shoes unfortunately i didn't,due to long waiting time and disappointing service.

I would have had to avoid this shop at all costs as their customer service is shocking and especially when there is only 3 staff members and I asked for something that I saw online and he appointed me in the wrong direction luckily I didn't buy anything and especially online their deliveries are a ripoff

I bought a 5 pack boxers on 12/05/2025 for £15 size Large. I normally wear medium or large at max. Despite this it was far too small. I tried to take it back to exchange it for a bigger one, as it was written on the receipt that in 28 days I can exchange them back. The guy at till said they do not exchange boxers back. This behaviour is disgusting because they put wrong size on the bag. Never buy anything from these. You will never have warranty on anything.

I bought my sick partner some swimming socks at the weekend. We weren't sure about the size so we asked the cashier she advised us to take a medium and if necessary she would easily exchange them. After one day we had to return them because my partner didn't have enough strength to put them on so they weren't used. The lady at the cash register lied to us and ripped us off to buy them and today in the store the service was terrible without respect they told us to go to the manager where I think the manager should have been called to us. We won't be shopping there again and I don't recommend this store.

Such a disgusting and disappointing customer service. I have ordered three shoes from sports direct they send me one wrong article with wrong size . After emailed them several times they emailed me that they confirmed that they send him the same order . Are customers are fooled that they are emailed you so many times for one article . Such a shame for customer service and dealing people . Strongly disagree to purchase from sports direct

Wanted some trainer/walking type shoes entered store looked around found a couple of likely candidates but not in my size......Look for assistance.....Only assistant I saw was dealing with someone else. ..No other assistants on shop floor the only other staff members were a security guy and a lady on the till. ...After at least 20 minutes hanging around or looking for a staff member I gave up and left. ...

I went in before work started for a quick browse, and even though they had just received lots of deliveries, I was still greeted by a very friendly man immediately, and also as I looked around, was later approached and asked if I needed any help! Excellent service, and will definitely come back to purchase in the future!
