All staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful throughout my visit.
All processes were clearly explained and I felt very satisfied with my whole experience from entering the store to receiving my new glasses.

Walked in no one attended, stood there patiently waiting for someone to come over even made eye contact with the staff on the customer service counter and still no help. They was busy talking about Mumtaz chaii? and laughing to themselves. Never felt like such and inconvenience walking into specsavers.

Super friendly team, from the lovely gent on the door to the lady who took the pictures of my eyes so the optician who went though my results thoroughly and gave me honest opinions.
I didn?t feel pressured to buy anything which is usually by biggest fear.

I visited with my 4 year old son on Sunday who was said to have poor eye sight by previous so callled. Specialists (NOT SPECSAVERS) who merely "Tested" his vision with picture cards at varying sizes and distances and didn't really give him time to respond before prompting him to say "it's too far".
On my visit the our appointment on Sunday I was greeted by an optometrist named Arash when I arrived and I explained the above, he was amazing he started from the beginning and did every test he could and explained throughout what he was testing and what he found if anything.
At the end of the visit I was completely at ease and relieved by what Arash found, my son did need glasses however if prescribed at the level the previous (rushed 15 minute test) said he would end up with worse eyes than he started with, at least now his eyes can develop properly while he is still young and may not need them forever which is brilliant.
So a massive thank you to Arash, I reccomend anybody to ask for him if you visit as he will put you at ease and you will come away knowing you are on the right path.

Absolutely shocking how a popular opticians do not have a lift within its store. There was a test room downstairs but was not in use lights off, monitors switched off. Instead I had to carry my baby?s pushchair up 2 flights of stairs without any assistance after having my caesarean section.
