All staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful throughout my visit. All processes were clearly explained and I felt very satisfied with my whole experience from entering the store to receiving my new glasses.

Walked in no one attended, stood there patiently waiting for someone to come over even made eye contact with the staff on the customer service counter and still no help. They was busy talking about Mumtaz chaii? and laughing to themselves. Never felt like such and inconvenience walking into specsavers.
