Excessive appointment reminders. Booked appointment 3 days before my appointment. In intervening period received 2 emails, 3 texts and a phone call to remind me to attend! Never not turned up in my 21 years of annual appointments.
Update: in response to DM chat. No need. Having been assured my mobile and email removed from your records (just leaving you physical address and landline), it does beg the question where you found it to invite me to submit review following my appointment!

Always a great experience at Specsavers. The team are super welcoming and efficient ? I?m usually seen quickly, everything runs smoothly, and they take time to answer any questions. I?d especially like to mention (I believe her name was) Lauren or Laura ? she was incredibly helpful and really seemed to care about what she was doing. That kind of genuine customer service is rare these days, and it made a big difference. Highly recommend!

I visited Specsavers in Royton while working nearby, hoping they might have a specific pair of glasses I was struggling to find.
Umayma welcomed me with a lovely attitude and a big smile ? and went above and beyond to help.
Even though they didn?t have the frames in stock, she didn?t give up. She made a couple of calls and managed to track down the very last pair at the central Oldham store. She reserved them for me right away.
Thanks to Umayma?s efforts ? and her great coordination with Stefan from the Openshaw branch (my local Specsavers) ? I finally got the glasses I?d been looking for.
Friendly, professional, and genuinely dedicated to customer satisfaction.
