I was there on my niece's hen party last night. The ( Spice Girl's ) tribute act was amazing and highly entertaining. The room was filled to capacity, mainly females on other hen parties, so within minutes the dance floor was packed. The staff worked extremely hard and were very friendly. They are a credit to the hotel. Drinks from the bar ( when you eventually got served! ) were reason's priced. The two course meal was acceptable. Negative points. As mentioned, the room was filled to capacity, possibly a few hundred people. The que for drinks was extremely long and there was only 2 serving bar staff. I'd already been queing for 20 minutes when I had to leave it as I saw the server putting my food on the table, only having to que again after eating. We were sat near the bar and witnessed this 20 minutequeuing waiting time all evening. The tables were crammed in too tightly, obviously to fit more people in, so getting up and out from your seating caused inconvenience not only for the person sitting next to you but also the person back to back with you. It appears that the same comments have been made in previous reviews. All in all a great night was had by all and it wouldn't put me off going again. Until management address not having enough bar staff, I would recommend doubling up when getting served at the bar!

Was at a Christmas party there, to many people in one room. Wasn't enough room to get to my seat, so had to sit in another place. But there was a lot of effort from the entertainment and the staff worked really well, but there wasn't enough of them one card machine on the bar?

Ive been staying here for about a year now and have to say that it has been a really good place to spend my days away from home, the staff are friendly and a special mention for Miguel behind the bar who is first class at everything he does and also to Jamie one of the managers who is friendly welcoming and always goes out of his way to remedy any situation you may find yourself in. Really good Hotel full of really good staff! They are consistantly upgrading the rooms and guest happiness is always a priority.

My stay here was amazing, the breakfast was really good, the staff were excellent and polite and always asked if are food was okay; my brother John got married yesterday and the service from the food was really quick and tasted amazing. I had a really good time.

Always lovely rooms and polite staff apart from the check-in guy at reception with the beard, got a chip on his shoulder to say the least. Food is ok but not the best

A very cramped Holiday Inn.Very nice reception, the lady at the reception was very friendly. ???????????Very small rooms with a massive, comfortable double bed that takes up almost half of the room.So you inevitably spend your stay in the room in bed.??????There is a small, comfortable chair for sitting in a niche next to the left half of the bed, and a second one in front of the second half of the bed in front of a narrow table.A narrow wall structure that serves as a shelf in front of the double bed.Everything is very cramped.????A really big TV hangs on the wall but unfortunately no international TV, only English-language channels (in an age of satellite and cable TV ?)????A clean kettle with instant coffee and tea is available, as well as an iron and ironing board and a safe in the clothes rack.????????There is no wardrobe, just an open clothes rack for hanging and laying.????The bathroom is really very small. Clean toilet, shower tray and a mini sink. Standing in the bathroom with two people, no chance!You just have to twist and turn if you want to open the closed bathroom door again, a sliding door would be a perfect solution for this lack of space.??????The breakfast was sufficient and good ?.Fresh water with the juices on offer would be nice.????????The restaurant was sufficient, a small menu but not everything was available.Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. Ordered spaghetti with halloumi, no more halloumi in the house. ?????Then just ordered and received it without halloumi. ?The food was very good and sufficient ? compliments to the kitchen.????????All in all, a nice stay with small weaknesses.

Now a Holiday Inn. Rooms excellent, Breakfast good but quite a walk to the breakfast room, difficult for the disabled. Evening meals served in the bar, not ideal.

Have been here on quite a few occasions. Rotary functions, other functions, and also to donate blood. Always clean. Large areas and meeting rooms are great.
