Absolutely fantastic customer service, I've always been an online shopper for the company, but since moving closer to a local store, I decided to venture locally.What can I say, I was served by Shelly (sorry if it's a different spelling) at the Oldham store.But that is exactly how customer service should be. Carefully taken the time to listen to my blabbering and requests and filled them to precision.Honestly one of the most comforting retail experiences and the recommendations were on point.Thanks!

Served by the fabulous Jenny today. She was helpful knowledgeable and friendly, the whole experience was excellent. She is an example of how retail staff should behave on all levels. The store is well laid out, clean and ordered. everything is easy to find and on display.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff ready to assist at all times.Excellent product range including budget, mid range and premium products.Staff display exemplary knowledge of specific products whilst keeping focused on customer satisfaction offering advice which is not pushy or a driving sales approach.The Oldham branch is layed out with sufficient browsing room but displays an impressive array of products which are very neatly categorised.

Woeful customer service. Item at best was used as a demo it possibly customer return that was faulty. After a few visits to the shop in person that took best part of 2 hours in the car I managed to get refund. They didn't even offer to refund the gel I bought with the item as a good will gesture. They only get one star because I didn't have to resort to small claims to get my money back. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
