Bad service wind up merchants in here staff bullying customers and drivers can be aggressive on entry and leaving in and around the garage area.

Use this place to collect parcels as well as fuel up. Monday I was asked to step aside whilst the people behind me were served. Today I was 2nd in the queue but told to wait because she had a ?queue out of the door?, so I?m supposed to wait until the queue has gone to get my parcel. If you can?t supply the service don?t offer it!! Looks like Royton & Tesco will be getting my business now!##UPDATE. Came back today for my parcel. Met Husnah (excuse the spelling), what a pleasure, a smile great member of staff.

Shell GO+ Pay at pump has been turned off at this station by the owners of the franchise due to problems with the system.This should be a priority by Shell to get fixed during a pandemic.
