I went to have my car washed. I’d never used the car wash before so I was unsure. A white male attendant around 45 years old came out waving his arms & shouting at me. He was so rude!

Called in at 02:57 and knocked on the window to get the attention of the staff member doing something to coffee machine.....totally oblivious to me knocking! Knocked twice then decided after a few minutes to go elsewhere as just finished a 11 hrs shift and wanted to get home!!

I went in today to collect a parcel with my child in the pram and the guy ( he said he is the manager ! Which makes it worse ) told me to leave my child with the pram near the door ,where I could see him or the get out and collect from the out side as prams are not allowed in the shop !!!
