The man aged 60-65 is very rude man always talk rudely and misbehaves. He should not be in customer dealing. It is very sad to say that the staff on the till at Shell petrol station park road Oldham (whose age round about to 60-65, don't know his name and he was not in proper uniform, no ID displayed) was very rude with me and my collegues. We are carers and mostly visit shell petrol stations.
The matter is that our cards were not working and we were checking the other card as well. But that person said rudely that I have no time to wait here even though it was hardly 20 second to check card. And there was also no customer at all. It is very disappointed that shell are hiring such pathetic and rude people in customer services. Till then now we are not going to shell at all due to their poor customer dealings. You should fire that man who is spoiling Shell brand name.

Went in for a coffee and got accused of stealing a protein bar. Stood there while the attendant said he was going to look at cctv in front of two other customers. Never been so embarrassed. Had my 3 year old waiting in the van while this happened. Safe to say when he looked at the cctv he soon changed his tune.Unacceptable

Shocking service. Drove in to fill up only to be told my car is facing the wrong way? All the other pumps were full so had no choice but the attendant refused to turn the pump on! I don't see how facing the opposite direction is a problem? I won't be taking any of my cars to this place again.

Would love to see the calibration certificate for these pumps as they NEVER stop dead on the £ and always go a penny over!
