Went to buy a pair of rigger boots and tried a size 9 on but couldn't get them off, then 2 of the female staff brought me a chair and wrestled with the boots and finally got the boots off me. Bought the next size up and a big thank you goes to the 2 very helpful ladies.

Very good, friendly service from the staff. Unfortunately, I had to return the Leyland trade acrylic Primer undercoat d that I had just bought. When I opened it, the paint was a lot thicker, blancmange like. Linzi was very helpful, opened another tin that was the
same. I received a refund. I went to Toolstation and bought the same item, nothing wrong with it. Screwfix might need to check that the current stock is not all the same.

Same as most other Screwfix's. Clean, got what you need if you check stock on the web or app beforehand. Has a plumbing and electrical section. Cannot say a bad thing about the chain.

Misinformed and unhelpful in Royton branch by women behind counter. Rang their customer service and they sorted. They obviously need training or in the wrong job.
