I ordered a delivery from here and the food arrived cold and not up to usual standards. The food wasn?t fresh at all, packaging was decent tho.

I was on call for 20 mins waiting in line and as I got to caller 2 , the line cut off. After I rang again it went back to caller number 5. This is appalling.

Absolute waste of time and money! Ordered 5 burgers along with pizza. Went back 15 mins later for collection, arrived at home to find burgers were cold and the only thing that was warm, was the pizza so most of the burgers went in the bin.
I believe they made the burgers well before the pizza was ready hence why they were cold by the time pizza was ready.
They really need to work on these things.

Avoid this place! It has truly gone downhill, this is the second time ive ordered in the space of 2 weeks and it was absolutely awful. I ordered some pizzas tonight and the quality of the meats and cheese and the dough is truly awful, i ran a catering business for 20 years so i know bad food when i see it and taste it, as i was ordering the guy in the kitchen was vaping over food? i ignored it as theres some dirty people in these kitchens in most places and i couldnt find parking so i ordered anyway. The chicken drumsticks were so huge i immediately knew it was farmed poor quality chicken and it tasted rank with cartilage and sinew throughout, qood quality chicken wings drumsticks and thighs are small to medium in size the chicken drumsticks i got was more like a big hammer. After the disappointment last time i thought id give them another go as weve had decent pizzas from here before, but they are absolutely ripping people off with cheap quality produce and disgusting food. Also no card payments in 2024 my guess is dodging tax and vat. Please dont waste your money.

Food was okay but the stir fry portion was just too poor. I have ordered burger meals and a portion of str fry meat only which was £5.50 and separate chips to get some more meat but it was really unexpected too less for £5.50 doner.

They just have taste. Rest of the services are useless and pathetic. Counter staff is rude, no cleaning in the kitchen and dine in tables. Unhygienic cooking, no gloves, no head mask. Absolutely pathetic.
