went in today for some jeans, found some i liked but wanted in another colour also. they didn?t have the colour on the shelf, i asked a worker if she could check for me, usually they?ll say no or it?s all that?s on the shelf but kayleigh said yes straight away, went and checked and came with multiple sizes for me to try. she had a good attitude and a smile on her face, it was a pleasant interaction. Don?t usually leave reviews but it was one of the best customer service interactions i?ve had in a long time. No huffing no rudeness just helpful and smiley thank you made my night

Great shop but can no longer go due to the change of opening hours clashing with my job. (Changed from 8.30 open to 9am) Seems as there's a queue every morning waiting for it to open maybe someone would reconsider?

Absolutely appalling behaviour. Went in for a single return today and the women serving me definitely either woke up on the wrong side of the bed or face down on the bloody floor. She was blaming me for an issue that was created by primark. She spoke to me very rudely from the beginning with a snarky attitude. It?s the women who wears a black mask on btw. Didn?t catch her name because I didn?t wanna stand in her presence any longer. I believe she took the opportunity to speak to me rudely because she knew I was a college student as I had my lanyard on. There was an issue with the transaction and she did not explain it to me at all she just blamed me for something I did not even do. Like if ur having a bad day go cry about it in the bathroom why you taking it out on me like?.? Anyways, love primark and their clothing but get some better customer service please :)

The usual women's rubbish, mens far better, home wear ok . Prefer the Bury site plus other shops to visit and the market which is still good especially in the summer months , wednesdays fridays and saturdays .

Absolutely useless! Wasn't even busy, went in as the store opened. Asked someone who I assumed was a supervisor where a certain item was. She just pointed (didn't walk me to the section) said I'd already been over there. She had a headset on, so she could've easily asked another member of staff if the item was dual located.(or maybe, being a supervisor, she should already know). Then I asked another member of staff about another item and he did the same. Customer service is appalling - no interest in serving customers needs at all. Would give zero if it was possible.

Good store, friendly staff. The only downside is the lack of sizes in some items. You need to go to a bigger store for more variety. But mostly it has a good choice.
