Excellent food and friendly staff.
Parking: Parking directly outside the pizza hut can get busy, but there are plenty of space in the other car parks on the retail park.
Kid-friendliness: Activity book and crayons provided for children.
Separate children's menu.

I was there on July 3, 2024 for pizza. The tables were dirty and sticky. After drawing attention, the waitress told us to walk around the room and choose a table that wasn't sticky. It was a shame. The pizza was very poorly made. Served on a black tray, the pizza literally swam in oil. Terrible .

Had the Self service pizza deal. Was
nothing special.
I saw staff cleaning the tables, but there was no hand sanitizer for customers before touching all the serving cutlery and self help ice-cream tongs etc.
Won't be going back in a hurry.

Absolutely abysmal and extortionate!! It?s cheaper to eat at a restaurant in central manchester and you actually get service rather than ordering on an app! Absolutely no customer service whatsoever so ever. Asked for a lemonade but apparently the refill machine is broken and the bottles on the shelf are for take away/ Deliveroo orders which clearly take presidency on the actual customers!! I haven?t actually eaten my food yet but turned up and the Buffett finished at 3 yet there was an abundance of food left over and 6 people in the restaurant! Asked for a glass of lemonade for my friend?s son as we couldn?t order on the app and were told no! This is sold as a restaurant but there is no service it?s more expensive than dominos and they are more interested in take away orders so what?s the point of having a restaurant!I would suggest avoid at all cases and I will certainly never be entering one of these establishments again.

Nice enough food, nothing amazing . Ice cream is nice, but the topping are awful to get out of the little shakers. The atmosphere is dead, and the service is ok ?. Parking is a nightmare outside . It was quite expensive for what it is . I would rate it 5/10

Took order quickly. First time at pizza hut for many years. Resturant was virtually empty but drinks took just under 10 minutes to arrive. (Bottled beer) Went to salad bar but could not eat my salad as no forks. When the order arrived after 20 plus minutes, I was told that cutlery should have been on the table. Flatbread pizza had no flavour to the crust and no seasoning at all on the topping. Staff were stood around talking to each other. Also £9 for 2 330ml of bottles of san miguel. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I came here last night with my partner, I have social anxiety and a lot of the other food places were a bit busy so we went Pizza Hut as it was quiet. Having the qr code scanner to order was the best thing for me even thou I know my partner would have ordered for me. The staff members were very polite and asked us if everything was going alright. The food was nice

Staff weren?t very attentive and just directed that we use the app to order .. more than happy to, asked for sauce to be told it?s over there. awful is the only word i have to describe my dining experience at this pizza hut. firstly me and my family walk in and we get sat at a table, the staff was extremely morbid and didn?t crack a smile once. the food was dry, tasteless and overall disgusting. not to mention the salad bar the food tastes like it?s been coated in bleach and left for a week. i think i?d have a better dining experience at a funeral.
