I've never had a problem with pets at home when I've visited or with any deliveries but I needed urgent advice about my order which hadn't been delivered so i had to phone up but they never answer the phone I tried quite a few times so my advice is get a receptionist, I decided to phone the Manchester store and they answered straight away and sorted out my problem very quickly and my dog will get his hypoallergenic food today

Great store . Update 2024 , cat taken to vets after been bitten by a rat , lovely vet, really gentle and kind, seen within miniutes, explained all, sorted , will use again . It was the cat in tumbnail , british blue.

Friendly and helpful staff, full credit to these pleasant youngsters who were busy working replenishing stock . However, stock is kept to a bare minimum in some areas. On line it indicates there is stock in store but it's actually not there physically. In general it is a good store for multi pet items.

Manager needs to learn some manners. She is very ignorant and full of herself. One young girl on the tills and a qeue of about 10 customer's yet plenty of staff filling the shelves.

Regular at pets at home . Yesterday I was worried about my kitty the 2 assistants ( young lady?s) were awesome they gave me general advice even searched for animal centre on her phone helped choose different varieties of food. At the same time both girls were supportive and reassured me that all being well my kitty will start eating again . These girls are absolutely rare gems ? ?
