“Just been to this store for flea and worming for my cats and dog. They are short on supplies, not the staffs fault but they have obviously been given a very hard time about it. I was helped by the lovely Bernadette, she was friendly, gave great advice, extremely helpful. Honestly can’t thank her enough. She also still managed to smile after what I can only imagine has been a long and stressful day. I was also served by Emily on the tills, who I saw being just as lovely to other customers as Bernadette. Emily was also lovely and smiling to myself. Thank you for great customer service ladies you are a credit to the store.”
