“The staff here are superb ? really friendly and professional. The store is always tidy and presentable and they have everything. They go above and beyond to make people feel comfortable and explain everything. The manager Michelle has an excellent repport with both staff and costumers and is always on hand to help. I was extremely nervous about using the service due to circumstances around money and being embarrassed but now I feel like I could go in and ask them anything wether it be to use to buy back or get information about products being sold in shop. Never had or seen a bad experience in this store in the 3 years I've lived in oldham. Also I know others who use this store for both buying products and using the buy back/lending option and they speak so highly of the staff everytime they visit.
