Walked in today to get my pedicure. The lady was very rude when I asked her how long will it be in reply she said rudely sit downI should have walked out that same time. When she fiy started the pedicure didn't put any soap in water where asked shouted I did. And customers were there was very embarasing. Was a basic pedicure . Won't be ver going there. They were talking away in theory own language and laughing away.

I never leave bad reviews but this place left me feeling really bad and I didn?t like my nails. Nam/Nan did my nails and he had a horrible attitude he said he didn?t care if he was being rude. He raised his voice, kept complaining and he was genuinely unfriendly and intimidating. I asked for a manager but no manager came I payed for the service but I will never be going again, very dissatisfied.

Worst service in Oldham town centre. I do not recommend it at all .I used to go from twenty years to nails shop ,Anna ,happy nails and inside tommyfield market .They are too good .But I have four girls and they need nails done and I took first time to Oldham luxury nails and I asked that owner of shop give discount to my 11 years old and 10 years old . And she refused straight away and said £30 only for one colour to children .I said give me discount I have Four girls and I want pedicure too .she refused straight harshly .In the end I said in Rochdale town and Ashton town they charge £22 -£20 .For one colour and she shouting at me in front of my children and they felt embarrassed .It?s not bearable how she talks with her clients only for £5 discount . I paid all money but I said I am not happy and not gonna come anymore because u didn?t give me any favour. She said ? I don?t care ???? ?How dare she to talk with her clients like that .Never go to Oldham Luxury nails .U will regret .Bad nail experience ever .She did bad job as well .Put v long bad shape like bigger looks nails to my 11 years old daughter and never asked me permission wht colour and wht styles I want for my daughter .Services: Acrylic nails

Since the new owners have taken over the staff are rude and argumentative about everything. They don't listen to what you want and blame you if you don't like something. My cuticles were so sore and bleeding. AVOID AT ALL COST.Service: Manicure

Really nice nail salon, have been a couple of times now and they?ve looked great each time! The nail lady is really friendly and it?s quite fast usually takes about an hour, especially loved my Christmas nails!
