Massive Massive THANKYOU to Zara at the O2 shop in Spindles for sorting out my app from continuing to shut down everytime I opened a new app. Zara sorted my issue in 5mins. Very happy. Thanks Zara.

Well , well O2, what a total mess your fraud team seem to be in !On the 17/01/24 I noticed I could not make a phone call or receive phone calls, so I contacted O2, and was told my phone had been hacked (FRD -A032727), and I needed to cancel my direct debit and notify my bank , So 7 weeks later after going in 2 local O2 shops and several phone calls to customer services to rectify the issue, still no resolution of the issue. The whole thing has caused utter chaos to my digital life. I have just got off the temporary sim card phone, which I had to pay for, no surprise there!, and been assured that the fraud team will contact me with in 24hrs. I will keep you posted !The whole situation has been a nightmare, which has been made far worse by O2 total incompetence! and couldn't care less approach. What a disgustingly terrible company !!
