Couldn't rate the food as we ended up walking out without ordering. I made a simple request, to swap a wrap for a burger.
Not rocket science; put the ingredients of the wrap in between a burger bun instead. The lady on the counter wasn't sure if they could and checked with what I presume was the manager. His response "not really, no". She was at least polite and apologetic. But there was no explanation why this was apparently impossible and the guy was rude and clearly couldn?t care less. Ended up going elsewhere and won?t be coming back.

The staff are very friendly and professional. My poor old dad was disappointed because he didn?t know they don?t sell tea so she made him a cup of tea. What an absolute diamond. I had the spicy rice bowls, really big portion and delicious

Sides were missing in my delivery, so I all I received was chicken without any sides, so the meal was ruined, and all they refunded was the price of the sides, customer service were terrible.

My recent visit to Nando?s left much to be desired. Upon arrival, there was no one at the door to greet or seat us, which led to a frustrating wait. To make matters worse, we weren?t the only ones in this predicament?several other groups were also waiting outside, clearly confused and frustrated by the lack of organization.
Once inside, the experience didn?t improve much. The selection of sauces, one of Nando?s signature offerings, was disappointingly limited. It felt like a significant part of what makes Nando?s special was missing. To top it off, the staff were far from friendly. Their lack of enthusiasm and attentiveness added to the overall negative experience.
In contrast, the Nando?s at Elk Mill is much better, offering a more welcoming atmosphere, a full selection of sauces, and staff who genuinely seem to care about their customers. I?d recommend making the extra trip to Elk Mill instead of visiting this particular location.
