Very busy as kids are off school, love Nando's still think it's a bit expensive. Update 2024 , feel like its not as good as it used to be , shame .

came here a week or two ago and safe to say i really enjoyed it, i was served by i think Millie? (i remember us having the same name) and she was really lovely, i had never been to nando?s before but she gave me a great recommendation on what to eat and safe to say i loved it! will definelty be back next time i go for a meal with family or friends!

Always tends to hit the spot
Weekends and evening are busy but we prefer afternoons
Staff are always accommodating

Food tasted bitter due to the burnt chicken skin being left on, service was rushed and a bit patchy. Atmosphere was friendly but very rushed as it was very busy..ok if you want quick food but not somewhere to linger .

Had to wait a little for a table but understandable for a Saturday evening, however staff were still friendly and attentive. Millie was really helpful and really made our visit worthwhile. Food was nice, chips on the cold side a little however. Will definitely return.

I had never been to a nandos before. The staff at elk mill were very helpful and explained everything....the food was great and the price was extremely reasonable.

We haven't been to Nando's in a while can I say what an excellent service we had from Millie she was courteous smiley and made you feel welcome as soon as we walked in the door, we asked to move tables as it was too cold near the door and that wasn't an issue nothing was a problem for her she just smiled and said give her a minute to clear another table and then showed us to our new table, an absolutely lovely young lady.

Staff just stood about on their phones. Food was poor for Nandos, mash sent back as was cold and then Olney mash had been blasted in the microwave and burnt.
Garlic bread chewy. Chicken was alright though, thankfully
