Oldham McDonald's.
My partner took our 7yr old grand- daughter out for what was supposed to be a treat. However this is what unfurled....
I was treating my granddaughter to a cinema and McDonald's as a birthday treat. We entered the premises and ordered at the self-serve kiosk. We then went upstairs for a quick visit to the restroom, where we noticed a group of teenagers wearing balaclavas outside the toilets.
When we returned downstairs, our order was already prepared, which was uncommon for McDonald's; however, the food was quite cold, which only added to what was to be an acceptable experience.
The teenagers upstairs were being asked to leave and were becoming rowdy. An alarm was set off, and someone shouted to call the police. This frightened my granddaughter, causing her to panic, cry, and not want to stay.
After the boys left and the alarm was turned off, I managed to calm her down. Some of the teenagers were outside, looking menacingly inside at a boy standing alone.
I called my son to come and pick us up as my granddaughter felt unsafe. A couple of the boys were later allowed to re-enter, and they pinned the lone boy against the wall, with one of them headbutting him.
By the time my son arrived, he almost got punched as well. We decided to stop eating, returned our food to the counter, and lodged a complaint.
The staff, who seemed uninterested in the situation, were all standing behind the counter. My granddaughter's day had been completely ruined, and I was very angry about how this was allowed to happen.
It might be advisable to consider implementing security measures to prevent such incidents, ensuring the safety of customers and preventing disruptive individuals from entering your establishment.

Pretty good. Went there with my brother to get food, kept getting stares off a worker. Staff are kind, sweet.

Shocking!!! I placed an order at 9.45pm 14/10/24 through Uber eats only to receive an order made at 7.17 pm the food was ice cold and it wasn't even the food I ordered. I was just going to heat it up because it was late at night when I saw the receipt and the time difference. I rang McDonald's only to be told sorry we mixed the bags up your order is here.....the problem is that food I received had been sat in them bags since 7.17 pm you will kill someone making stupid mistakes like that !!!!

Today, around 17:20, one of the teenagers threw ketchup from the second floor. The ketchup was on the walls, on my head, on my clothes, and stained the clothes of three other people. And instead of somehow influencing this situation, the staff laughed. Terrible service, no desire to come back again!

I've been to MacDonalds all over, and this is the worst MacDonalds I've ever been to. The staff here don't give a single f about you, your food, or the environment. Its bonkers. It was like they fished my food from the bin and placed it directly into the bag.

Says online and on the door open til midnight, gets there at 11pm and they said they was closed but online orders are fine. This needs changing as I've gone out of my way to come to the store after work for it to be closed.

Loud kids shouting insult to each other and staff don't stop it food was cold to eat as I had fries and big mac both where cold and drink tasted suboptimal as more water then drink and ice so could barely taste it at all won't be coming back again but still have cravings for it once in awhile

Clean environment and staff are quick to deal with spillages.Food was hot but took ages to prepare even though it was simply no hay on the burgers.Female staff member in the shirt version of uniform had distasteful tattoo which should have been covered really.
