The worst branch of McDonald's. This is due to the lack of supervision of the workers who work in the branch OL5 2BY, especially in the evening shift. The workers who are not crowded at work. I went at 1:45 and there was only me and there were four workers. I waited for more than half an hour to order and they were asked to wait. In short, there is no manager over them. The workers do what they want with all boldness and deliberate respect.

I ordered my food in store for takeaway waited 15 minutes when the store was dead and my food was on tray and not in bag so asked kindly for a bag and he relied with no I had to juggle my food and two drink home . food was freezing as per normal and they given and large coke that was flatter than flat Stanley in stead of medium learn to read

Been going (on occasion) over the past few years. The past few visits in particular, the quality of the food has been consistently poor. Food is always cold/stale and partially filled fries/drinks. Considering prices have obviously increased a fair amount as well, it?s no longer as competitive on pricing, so even worse value for money now. Maybe standards will improve, but I doubt it.

I genuinely don't think this place could get an order right if their lives depended on it, the amount of money they take off people for missing items they could hire at least 5 staff to actually check orders are correct before leaving the premises.
