Visited this particular restaurant because it?s local to me,ordered food through the drive through ,was told to park up, a member of staff brought my order then rushed off, food order was wrong or someone else?s order, I had to drive back through informed a member of staff who just laughed and tried to give me my original order which was cold by this time my advice is go to a different restaurant .

I always pop in to McDonald's for a cup of coffee and a possible chat, I normally spend a couple of hours enjoying the atmosphere, unfortunately on my last visit I got a £50 fine on their carpark, I couldn't believe it so I've decided I won't be visiting anymore McDonald's branches from now on..
I'm sick of camera's everywhere recording my movements and being surveilled 1 1/2 hours parking restrictions are also a reason I won't be visiting, it's also not good for my mental health
Life is hard and stressful enough so why would I bother for a hamburger and a coffee, I will choose other alternatives in future, sorry McDonald's, your a massive letdown for people like myself who actually socialise in cafes and restaurants..
The good days of McDonald's for me are over with it's very disappointing...

Went to drive in. Friendly staff quick and efficient and good was hit
Vegetarian options: My sister is vegan and absolutely loves the Plant based burgers and they looked good ?
Kid-friendliness: Always has lots of children inside
Wheelchair accessibility: It's flat and wheelchair access

The burger was full of cheese and mayonnaise asked without cheese. Awful service
The manager is more worse , refused to serve me coffee, said they are busy.

Worst maccies about. Had warmer ice lolly's,
Dietary restrictions: No hot food
Parking: Had to park half a mile away
Kid-friendliness: Walked in told us to f off
Wheelchair accessibility: Was using there rock hard and cold burgers as chucks for my wheel chair

Absolute disgrace, came here gave me 2 buns came back 2nd time worker had a go at us , eventually gave us a burger and the order was wrong, it had cheese in and I have a diary allergy I ordered ? 5 pound meal with chips nuggets and a burger customised with just ketchup ? just a bloody joke never going this maccies again

This place is ridiculous and the staff do not care. Got the order wrong 3 times! 3 times! What on earth is that about they cannot read basic instructions and don?t care when you complain. Bunch of incompetent careless people
