They seem to be understaffed, waited sooo long to get served, ridiculous to be honest. their net worth is OVER a BILLION pounds and they cannot employ more staff??? Will not be shopping there again! Primark seems to be better staffed

Diabolical service. 1 person on the tills with a big queue, she then ended up answering the phone and spent 5 minutes on that while the queue got bigger. Two calls were put out for checkout staff, you could see them looking round the shelves laughing. They appear to be constantly running on skeleton staff, profit before service.

Extremely rude service. Assistant looked really bored, gesticulating with head to indicate next.....No interaction, no 'thankyou'.....Not my fault they work there but being pleasant would make their day better. Obviously not trained (or monitored) in the 'art of good customer service"Replacing all assistants with self service checkouts, would be an improvement!!!

Discgracefull service by Naomi who stated that wasnt her name which was on her name badge,Walked out at 7.11pm as there was a que on the tills and some of my items were not scanning at the sale price.as I was walking towards the exit this so called Naomi the cheeky ***** STATES WE CLOSE AT 7PM in a very disrespectfull manner I spent a lot of money and to get grief and abuse from NAOMI I dont think I will ever bebuying anything from matalan again I will be returning everything in the morning for a full refund.
