Click and collect service is a joke. Went to collect my order, waited for ages as they couldn't find it. They said they will search thoroughly so will take a while. I told them I will visit again in a day or 2. Upon visiting second time I was told the parcel isn't at store and is probably lost so contact the customer services for refund. I contacted the customer services and they said that it shows that I have collected my parcel already so refused to give me a refund unless they find evidence on store's cctv.
They rang me back and told me that store staff gave my parcel to the wrong person with the same surname and it hasnt been returned. Maybe take your job a bit more seriously and check the customer ID or ask a security question like the first line of the address like other retailers do to ensure you're handing the parcel to the right person. A mistake that could've easily been avoided had the staff been bit more more vigilant and professional in doing their job.

Visited this place after long time.
Now the variety was very limited, may be due to sale season coming ahead.
Went to.biy jacket but couldn't find my choice as very limited options were available to me for selection...
Will visit again to buy winter jacket for myself.

Childrens line is good , womens is a bit boring , always feels the same homewares are always a bargin. Update June , mens have a better selection ,womens need to be better a few nicer pieces, certain sizes always out of stock, nothing to rave about , sorry .

The woman at the counter at 09:00 had very nasty attitude towards us, me and my father went to Matalan for shopping and she acted as if she didn?t want to serve us because of the way we dressed, she kept using nasty tone & kept showing bad attitude to us. She needs to be disciplined by Matalan. Because of her attitude Matalan is going to lose customers.
