I went into this branch today to open an account I'm only 18years old and told the lady I had trouble opening an account as I'm autistic and currently at college
I was sat in a busy bank with no hardly any help and asked to do it on my phone mainly on my own I've now gone home not knowing any of my log in details and locked myself out of the account
My Mum is now going to make a formal complaint

Used to be properly staffed and welcoming. Gone down the drain with waiting times and clueless, highly emotional Staff behind the tills. Female Manager noted earlier today walking away from conversations with no sense of ownership or an ounce of customer service visible. Do yourself a favour and trade with another Lloyds Branch if you really have to. Other options are widely available on the same high street.

Absolutely mad, Oldham branch have now stopped giving change out on a weekend. You have to order it and collect in the week. Its a bank why not give change out. During the week it is Absolutely no good for me. Change of bank I guess.

England service banks is one of the Best customer service.Lloyd is really good. If you still complain try to go to Germany after you return to England. You dont have anymore complain for customer service in England.

Really poor and unprofessional customer service , there was a black lady behind the general enquiry stand which was extremely rude and impolite to me , I didn?t find this branch helpful at all . Proper costumer care and costumer service should be taught to the staff and manager before hiring them . Even the manager of the branch was so inexperienced and rude , absolutely disgusting branch . Keep away at all costs , putting your money under your mattress is way better rather having an account here ?
