One of the chairs ordered arrived with minor damage. Nothing was too much trouble for Lakeland. Their customer service team arranged for collection and replacement and it was all sorted out easily and quickly. Excellent service and would happily recommend them.

At a more than reasonable price we ordered, and very promptly received, a chair whose size and specifications had proved hard to find elsewhere. It is stylish and comfortable, and (although of course only time will tell whether this impression is correct) appears durable.

Next day service was actually next day service. Stools are of a high quality and they look great. After being messed around by Atlantic Shopping, who are clueless, it was nice to receive good service and a good product. Would recommend Lakeland but would avoid Atlantic at all costs.

Beautiful yellow bar stools, excellent quality. They were delivered really quickly and carefully packaged. As a first customer also really appreciated the 15% off.
