For over 20 years I have been a loyal customer to jd sports and never had any problems as a walk in customer. After using jd online click and collect *SCAM * I will never use again. Or any of its affiliated company?s from my experience.
I ordered my kids Xmas presents online as they do same day collection on the 23rd then waited till 24th to collect them as it?s a SAME DAY COLLECT PRE 2pm note I could of gone instore and bought the items but though be quicker and easy for both me and the company to do this way. I also search to collect from the Oldham town centre store as they had the stock supposedly in stock.
I arrived at 4 o?clock to collect my kids Xmas presents and was fronted with arrogant staff not helping what so ever. One even said ? WE SOLD THEM as we have been so busy ? I THIS A JOKE YOU SOLD MY KIDS XMAS PRESENTS.
Angry I asked for refund or gift card or anything exchanged I. Store now so my kids can have present to open on Xmas day.
THEY IS NOTHING WE CAN DO WE HAVE SOLD THEM AND DONT HAVE ANY MORE INSTOCK (but they have a full store of clothing didn?t understand)
This is not on not only they sold my order which is not there property after I have bought them ( handling stolen goods Handling stolen goods is an offence under section 22 of the Theft Act 1968 (TA 1968) that is Triable either way. The offence is committed while the defendant is acting otherwise than in the course of stealing)
So after this I have been to collect day after (3 days from date of order) still nothing.
My kids had nothing on Xmas day as a result of this poor customer service and demand some kind of explanation and compensation for this issue and official apology or will be going to social media platforms we?re my business has huge following and show how bad I have been treated from your company
Will look forward to a repose

Security on edge. If I didn't look like a criminal I would've been alright. Bought a few items. Only thing is that they scam people by ripping off price labels or not even putting a price on the expensive items. The cashier will try to embarrass you if you ask for a price but that's how they are trained by JD. Otherwise great store. Not a lot of options available.

Went in today, went to the till to pay for my purchase to find that there was no one serving. There was an assistant standing at the back of the area doing absolutely nothing, who saw me waiting, she made no attempt to either serve me or get someone else to. Having been kept waiting for far too long I hung the garment on the counter and left. Clearly the staff here are either lacking in customer service skills or are just plan rude. Having read reviews left by others it would appear that the JD management team don't give two hoots about customers either, they should thank their lucky stars that I'm not the MD or on the board of directors as they, along with their shoddy staff would be in for some serious arse kicking!

I was waiting 15minutes on the queue from my turn, when I get on the till they told to waiting on the side for the other shoes missing and after another 15 minutes waiting they bring only 1 of 2 pairs and was told me I need to go back on the queue and waiting again. They have only 1 pair and the other was only 1 shoe. After 30 minutes waiting they expect the customer goes back waiting again another 15/20 minutes? This isn?t the right way of treat a customer. I?m not go back to this store on Oldham town again. Staff is not well trained for take care of customers!!!

Courtney seems very skilled in customer service, she helped us find & choose an UA top for a present & took time to speak to a manager to confirm the discount.

Great sports store housing any items but sports gear for all ages, every category of sports and yet a wider range of choices in each category. Store was found populated by customers of all ages; older, adults, young boys and girls, primary school kids and small ones of Kindergarten, all busy in searching, practicing and buying items of their choices.
Prices were a bit higher than expectations..
Well done JD Sports...for taking care of health of everyone

I Took A little Nip to buy some shoes I Asked for five pairs And when He gave ME Them To TRY on I looked At Every pair And they were. Used And ripped even the extra laces in the box were open I don?t recommend to come here
