Very happy with the service received as a buyer from hunters. I had a set area i was interested in and after a few viewings i got to know the agents and they got to know me, they then ensured that every property meeting my requirements hunters got directly in touch with me before properties even going live online to see if i was interested in viewing which was a great help and felt like a very personal service. They made my search much easier and kept me in the forefront of their minds. During the purchasing process they kept me up to date and acted as a fantastic line of communication between myself and the seller, and as a first time buyer i found them invaluable for explaining the process which at times was confusing. Hunters staff were all extremely supportive and kind, super approachable and i could not have asked for a better service! Mark, Joanne and Lorna have all been amazing at the hollinwood branch. Even down to collecting my keys the 3 ladies in the office were lovely and genuinely appeared happy for me and my purchase. Would 100% recommend to any prospective buyers to use hunters for a seemless experience.

We?ve had interaction with most of the estate agents in the Oldham area. For our latest house sale, we were using a national agent (colour+building material ?). We replaced them with Hunters after constantly being messed around. They were fantastic and got involved in the coordination of the sale, taking a lot of the load off us. If I could give Mark, Joanne and Lorna at Hunters double stars, they?d be worth it. Amazing, friendly and efficient team. ?. Best in the area by a country mile.

The team at Hunters Oldham were great from the word go.I explained my circumstance and they advised how I could present the house in the best possible light for sale.The pricing was competitive with online estate agents and the local knowledge was second to none.I was able to advise minimum bids and those acceptable.They handled all negotiation within my guidance and only contacted me once they knew a bid was reasonable per my guidelines.Constantly kept me updated in a long process.
