Cashiers are very professional and polite, but the woman who filters the queue and questioned my integrity by asking why I didn’t want to use a ‘machine’ needs a crash course in customer relations! Was in a couple of weeks ago at the Oldham branch and a young man named Jackson was very helpful and very patient with me as I am not great with technology.
